Using an intuitive approach I adapt to the needs of each client, taking particular care with those who are highly sensitive or healing from recent trauma.

The mind is something that cannot (and should not) be forced or pushed.

Which is why I start the session with a relaxation meditation. When the mind is relaxed and at ease, it becomes more pliable and helps to set you up for success.

The majority of people experience major shifts and see exceptional results after just one session. However, more chronic issues such as addiction, or clinical depression, can be harder to shift and may require up to three sessions.

A bespoke short recording is provided for you to listen to each day for 21 days after the session where changes will continue to happen. Listening to the recording after the session helps rewire your neuron pathways allowing new and more positive habits to be formed and strengthened. I also offer guidance and support via phone or email after the session to help you work through any issues or ask any questions.

I also offer RTT sessions over Skype. The beauty of Skypenosis is that you can be anywhere in the world and the session is just as effective as an in-person session. In fact, some clients prefer to see me in the comfort of their own home, even if they live near my clinic! Home visit in person is also possible.
