New Year? New Mindset ?New High

Hello!

Welcome to 2022, step into the new year, and create a vision board of Love, Peace, and Harmony. Fill it with uplifting images and messages you want to experience and make 2022 your transformative year!

Visualise your vision board like a garden and plant your seeds with colours and delights to honour your heart. Then, top up your garden with self-care, be in the flow with creativity, and start taking responsibility for your life by focusing on what matters to you.

However you would like to start your new year, it begins and ends with you. No one else is responsible for your life choices, so it’s essential to take steps and start living in harmony from your truest expression.

Make your new year resolution with meaning and work on all levels of your being – energetically, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Learn and honour a relationship with yourself. Offer yourself love, kindness, compassion; be a great lover to yourself and fill yourself with love to the brim and let it overflow so that it can reach out and radiate to others.

When you take care of yourself and live from your divinity, the world around you will change. Change begins with you. So, let’s bring it on and go forward and have a flourishing new year!

Tips for a happy and healthy 2022

Mental Hygiene/Spirituality

  • Learn to be aware of your healthy and unhealthy distractions and eradicate what you don’t need in your life.
  • Meditate daily (even just sitting in silence and learn to enjoy the inner stillness).
  • Add Mindfulness of Thoughts, Feelings or Emotions to your meditation and get to know them.

Energy

  • Adapt good breathing habits – learn deep abdominal breathing and avoid breathing from the chest/shoulders.
  • Keep your vibration high by staying away and avoiding complaining and negativities.
  • Have a shower at the end of your day to relax and shake off any tension and stress accumulated during the day before sleep.

 Body

  •  Keep your body fit, buoyant, loose/relaxed, flexible and robust with exercise, movement or dance.
  • Nourish yourself with fresh food and avoid processed food and too much sugar and white flour foods.
  • Hydrate with plenty of water since all our bodily organs requires a high water content to function optimally.
  • Have adequate sleep/downtime.

As always, if you have any questions or would like to reach out. I am available and are here to support you.

May you flow in the new year with love, kindness and courage through challenging times.

Much love & gratitude,

HueLan Tracy
